Flowers and plants to brighten the entrance way into an apartment building.  Can anyone tell me the name of the flowers?  I believe the plant is a Coleus.  Right?

This plant sits in a flower box and decorates the front of an apartment building.  Anyone know its name?  I have no idea.  I just know that I like its pattern.
