Merry Christmas!

I admired the lights, as I passed this church.

I’ve always seen the wreaths hanging over the doors in the previous years.

However, I don’t recall if they had the lights shining above.

As I was taking a photo, to my surprise, the lights turned pink….

… Then it turned white…

… Then it turned green.

Ohh!  Ahh!

I’ve never seen that on a church before.   What a treat!

Why was I the only one to stop to enjoy this colorful light show?  Everyone else walked by quickly.

Oh!  The light turned purple, too!

How colorful, special, magical!

Merry Christmas to all!  Have a colorful, special, magical celebration!

I was at Penn Station on the weekend.   My camera has been acting up, so let’s just pretend that this is an intentional work of abstract art.  How many of you can see that this is a photo of people going up the escalator?

Holiday decorations everywhere!

You will always find a weary traveler trying to get some rest.

People who have places to go and are in a hurry.

This young man, named Lorenzo Laroc played his electric violin/ viola with lots of vigor.

He drew quite a crowd who enjoyed listening to his music.

Celebrating the Chinese New Year

Over the weekend, I went to Chinatown.  They were still celebrating the Chinese New Year — the Year of the Rabbit.  There were different parades all over the place.  I saw a lion and tiger and a dragon dancing in the streets!  Fun!
