Posh: Park Avenue

Earlier when I posted a photo of a quiet street in Chelsea, Alexander wanted to know if it was considered a "posh part of town." While the neighborhood is a very nice, it is not really considered posh.
Instead, a posh part of town is Park Avenue. Its extremely high real estate prices make it a very affluent a neighborhood. Very posh indeed.
