Fire Escapes: Black and Red

I love that there are so many different types of fire escapes — different designs and colors.  I never paid much attention till I started taking photographs.    ;-)

I’ve only walked down a fire escape once, years ago, for a school fire drill.  Thankfully, I’ve never had a real opportunity to use it.  I’d like to keep it that way.  Elizabeth’s post reminded me that I had these photographs, which I took a few months ago.
