Ruby Tuesday: Emergency Box

I’m not sure what this is called — A fire box?  A red box?  An emergency box?  Yeah, that’s it!  I think that’s what it’s called — an emergency box.  I wonder if it works.   I’ve seen very few around the city but have never paid much attention to them, till… Ruby Tuesday.    ;-)
