Everyone’s in motion. They’re all walking at a brisk pace. Nope, no slow walkers here. They’ve got places to go, people to see, things to do. And, besides, it’s freezing out here.
For more photos of subjects in motion, stop by MOTION THURSDAY. Come join in on the fun and post your own Motion Thursday photo.

A True Warrior

It was an extremely cold day and I was on 34th Street.
I was trying to quickly take photos of the Macy’s Christmas window before my fingers froze.

All of a sudden, I heard a voice near me say, "Hey lady, take a photo of me, a true warrior."
I turned to see this man. I smiled and took his photo, but it was too cold to stand around and have a conversation with him.
So, I left him standing there.

A block later, he walked past me, talking to himself.

Lots of folks on 34th Street, the address most famous for The Empire State Building and Macy’s.

Ed. Note: Oh my! It’s Ruby Tuesday, the day to post photos that contain the color red! How could I forget!? For some reason, I forgot that today’s Tuesday and I posted what I thought were regular photos. Luckily these photos do contain the color red. Yay! So, here’s my contribution to Ruby Tuesday. Stop by WORK OF THE POET to see a lineup of other Ruby Tuesday photos.
