Ruby Tuesday

Walking in the park the other day, this bush with a collection of red leaves called out to me.  Yes, it’s time for Ruby Tuesday and you and find a collection of photos that feature the color red on WORK OF THE POET.  Go check it out!

 

Oh, I couldn’t figure out which photo to post, so I posted both.  Which one do you like?

    I prefer the second shot, it looks so lovely and outstanding against the green leaves.

    I like them both but favor the top one with the more expansive image of the beautiful burgundy leaves against the green.

    It’s hard to choose, but I think I prefer the first one, having more of the green really sets off the red nicely.

    Both are beautiful but if I had to choose I would stick to the first.

    um, both are pretty…I like the contrast in the first, with all the green leaves surrounding the patch of red.

    I like them both. Those red leaves really pop out though! They’re what get noticed; it looks like the other leaves surrounding them will soon transform too. Nature at its best!

    I like the top one, but it’s nice to see the up close details in the second one too. I pick both!

    Both photos are beautiful but the first one is my favourite because I can see better how the red leaves come to the fore among green ones.

    Lovely plant and lovely photos. Which to choose? That’s hard. Both are very nice and I like them both. But I’d probably go with the close up as I like close ups. Happy Ruby Tuesday!

    Lovely plants with the ruby leaves, a wonderful contribution to RT! The only downside is that with Winter approaching, these ruby treasures will disappear for a season or so…

    They are both lovely captures; but I’m very fond of closeups so I choose the second as my favorite.
