The Pink Window

October 22, 2009 | Filed Under Apartment Buildings, Pink, Windows

The only pink curtains in the building windows caught my eye.  I’m thinking that it must be a little girl’s room.  What do you think?

  1. Nice shot! Such building blocks are always very “exotic” for me. You see, here, they are never made with bricks…

    Cheers,

  2. Definitely a little girl’s room. We have a huge B&B here called Angel of the Sea. I believe it was named Angel because the white curtains used to billow out of the windows (like this pink one), looking like angel’s wings.

  3. It is almost as if the window is wearing a pink dress–posing for your photo!

  4. That is beautiful! I just love pink, you know… And how curtains move in the breeze… Good theory on it being a little girl’s room. Or a grown-up girl who just can’t give up pink curtains, maybe? ;o) Happy weekend, Paz ((HUGS))

  5. Amazing picture, Paz!
You have a great eye for photos.

  6. Either it’s a little girl’s room, or…it’s a very tall person in a pink dress sitting in the window sill with her legs hanging out.

  7. cute..I would think its a little girls room!

  8. I like this, reminds me of when I had a pink room (my husband didn’t like it very much LOL).

  9. really funny! like this choice!

  10. lovely to see some individuality amongst the uniformity!
    Go individuals!

  11. I would have thought the same. Those pink curtains really stick out!

  12. I’m not sure the window would be open so wide in a little girl’s room. Now that you’ve got me wondering, I think you should knock on the owner’s door and….. (Only kidding!)

  13. Love the shot. That would certainly catch my eye as well!

  14. Very interesting shot, I like it so much!

  15. Possibly. But whoseever room it was it certainly lent the skyline more than a cheery moment.

  16. I think a princess lives there, for sure! Did you happen to see any unicorns or dragons cavorting on the roof?

  17. Thanks for stopping by, everyone.

  18. nice capture! and well, it could be my room if it was in stockholm (and i’m not that kind of little girl…;)

  19. Excellent observation!I too think it must be a little girl’s room. The building looks like a box of matches. I like this photo.

  20. Nice catch, Paz. Lovely!
