Wardrobe Malfunction
October 25, 2009 | Filed Under Cathedrals/Churches

This church building is under some type of renovation. The green scaffolding covered the entire building from top to bottom. However, on a very windy day, a piece of the protective netting fell apart, exposing the top.

It’s a shame, too, because that’s there to protect you, not the building!
Oh no, not a wardrobe malfunction!!!
Nice peek at the steeple… Happy Week, Paz :o) (HUGS)
Hope nothing else falls off the building while they make the repairs. Makes an interesting photo as I’ve never seen that covering before.
I love your title, it’s perfect. Great picture too!
You have a very keen eye Paz!
Love the title!
Though I know reconstructions are necessary I hate to see buildings “dressed” like this. Somehow I often have that luck when visiting a nice place. I always try not to get the renovation on the picture. Good of you not to avoid doing so for it gives a nice impression of a steeple that is worth the while.
Hi everyone! Thanks so much for stopping by.

i agree with carin above, no way avoiding scaffolding but why are they so often there when one perhaps get a once in a lifetime visit and the op to capture something special? this place, however, i’m sure you’ll return to when the renovation is all done…:)
Your photos capture just a particular moment that most people would not even notice. And your captions are distinctly your own clever brain at work.
I laughed out loud at this one Paz!
