This subway station in Washington Heights is 10 stories underground.
You have to take the elevator to get (and leave) the subway platform.

It looks like a cold place. And thinking about some person pushing me onto the tracks makes it a living nightmare. Got to wake up and move on.
Hi Abraham: During the winter, the subway station is okay. Not so cold. During the summertime, especially during heatwave, it is super hot and uncomfortable. When I take the subway (or go anywhere), I am positive and don’t think about things like someone pushing me unto the tracks (that’s rare occurrence, by the way). I stand in appropriate places and I try to be aware of my surroundings and people around me. That’s one of the best ways to stay safe in subway.

Great photos showing movement. Yep, atmospheric pretty much describes these. I think if that for my first time in a New York subway I’d want to be with you. ‘-)
Hi Christine: We’d have a fun time!
