After the Snow Storm

My neighborhood survived the recent snow storm. 

 

Almost everything outside was covered with snow.

 

 

 

 

The aftermath of the storm left a lot of people digging their cars out of the snow.

 

Most people were appropriately dressed for the weather, except for this one guy who chose to wear shorts. 

 

I came across a few snowmen.

 

I think this is my favorite.

 

The snow seems to bring out the fun and creativity in many New Yorkers.

    Paz, wow! These are great shots. I love the snow people. It looks their creators had so much fun making them. And that dude in the shorts! Either he’s brave or just loco. Both, perhaps? Stay warm.

      Hi Mari: I agree that the creators of the snow people definitely must had had a blast making them. About the guy in the shorts, I think he was just plain loco. :-)

    Hi Paz, great pix! Yeah, the snowman is great fun. Someone had a wonderful sense of humor. Poor kid in shorts. He’ll have arthritis by the time he’s 30. We never learn. :-) Beautful architecture. I miss seeing that part of NY. Thanks always for sharing!–Helen
