I spotted this bright little flower in the busy concrete jungle.
What a gem!

A beautiful gem indeed….looks like Lantana to me.
Yes, I’d say that is lantana too… WONDERFULLY happy color and plant, that.
) Have a great weekend, Paz ((HUGS))
Yup, it’s a very pretty lantana -there are other lovely colors too!

Paz, after the Roxy debacle, this shot, with its bright yellow bloom, just made me smile!
Such a beautiful yellow flower! Hope you’re having a wonderful Fall.
Thanks, Sara, for the name!
Hi Tracy: I trust you’ve been having a good weekend!
Hi Elizabeth: This is the first time I’m seeing a yellow lantana.
Hi Bella: I’m so glad I could make you smile. And things will get better with Roxy.
Hi Rhonda: I’m so glad autumn is here! Glad to see you visiting my blog, too. xoxo

Yes, I recognized it as Lantana. Very pretty Paz.
Here in Australia it grows wild.
When we were kids we used to have to help Dad cut it down, it grew so madly everywhere.
Now they do seem to have developed smaller varieties that tend not to take over so much.
Loved your blessing of the animals, and the apple tree too.
Long time since I visited your blog, as well as NYC.
Hi Annie: It would be wonderful seeing the lantana growing madly everywhere.
I’m glad you were able to stop by.
I wish you all the best for the New Year 2013!
