How come men can go topless in the city but women can’t.  If I were to walk around the city without a shirt, I’d most likely be arrested for indecent exposure or maybe, Playboy will ask me to be in their magazine.   ;-)

Just when I took the photo, one of the guys (on the right) turned around and caught me.  I gave him a nice smile, waved and kept walking.  What do you think he’s saying here?
