I was surprised to see these beauties at the park the other day. Surprised but happy to see them.
Visit TODAY’S FLOWERS to see other flower photos from around the world.

For flowers that bloom about our feet;
For tender grass, so fresh, so sweet;
For song of bird, and hum of bee;
For all things fair we hear or see,
Father in heaven, we thank Thee!
~Ralph Waldo Emerson
Ed. Note: Thanks, Gisela of Guildwood Gardens for pointing out this poem to me.
I am thankful, indeed, for Nature’s works.

I am glad you did. These are beautiful.
Oh Paz, this is one of those cases where the perfect focus on the stems with their little hairs is almost better than the petals. Great shot, as usual.
So pretty!
Cheers,
Rosa
You did a good job on taking these photos. I am guessing it is warmer there than here. Though it is 60º this morning here in Brookville, Ohio. Thanks for your visit and comment on my blog on WordPress.
Nature always surprises aus.
Lovely pictures.
Gisela.
Wish you Happy Thanksgiving.

Great colors here! The yellow really stands out. Nice shots!
So happy you took their photos, they are glorious, especially delightful at this time of the year.
What lovely photos and a bright surprise for a November day. We have 40 mph winds and blowing snowflakes here on the beach in the Pacific Northwest. I think any little yellow flowers would be looking for shelter.
Gorgeous pictures, Paz!
