On the East Side

May 6, 2010 | Filed Under Apartment Buildings, Buildings

As you can imagine, you’ll find lots of buildings in the concrete jungle.

Happy Friday, everyone!

  1. Paz, I am so curious, which park is that on the left? & I love how you’ve included the river in this shot.

  4. Love the fog you have there. Looks like you shot this photo through a window streaked with rain.

  5. It would be fabulous to have an apartment up high, overlooking the river….and of course I can’t help wondering if you took this shot from your own little nest somewhere in that concrete jungle!

Hi Lily: I’m not sure about the name of the park. It’s one of the many small parks in the city. I suppose it’s near 34th street and First Avenue. Next time I’m in the neighborhood, I’ll pay more attention.

Hi Tracy: I’m with you. ;-)

Hi Sonia: Yes, only the view, I’d like. ;-)

Hi David: What a perfect I you have. Yes, I took the photo through a rain-streaked, dirty window.

Hi Sara: Alas, no. I don’t live in an apartment that high up in the sky. I live on the fourth floor of a six-story apartment building but I like it. ;-)

    Thanks for stopping by, everyone,
    Paz

  8. That’s the New York I love! :D Well actually, there are so many things I love about New York – and I long to go back. When I do, you and I will have to have a pizza or something together.

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. See you again tomorrow!
