  3. Our weather is not normal, more like how I feel sometimes. As a result, the flowers are slower this spring. Nothing looks neat as a pin and clean as a whistle but there is till some hope that Mother Nature is working on getting her act together come summertime.

  5. I think here in SC we passed right over bulb season this year, but I can’t complain! There are all kinds of gorgeous things blooming now – but I do like daffodils (my older daughter called them “daffidilos” when she was about 3) I love that photo, especially the way it is focused.

    you captured lovely pictures of tulips and “narcissus” flowers a.k.a. daffodils.
    Daffodil is a common English name, sometimes used now for all varieties, and is the chief common name of horticultural prevalence used by the American Daffodil Society. The range of forms in cultivation has been heavily modified and extended, with new variations available from specialists almost every year.
