Building Top

January 21, 2010 | Filed Under Apartment Buildings, Autumn/Fall, Motion Thursday, Photo Blogging Theme Day

Today is Thursday and I usually participate in the photo blogging theme day event, Motion Thursday.  However, I haven’t been able to take any shots of any subjects in motion this week.  Actually, I haven’t been able to take any photos this week.  So, here’s something from the archives.  Here are two photos I took back in December 2009 (Autumn/Fall).  Which one do you prefer — the photo with the leaves or without?  I couldn’t make up my mind (as usual).   ;-)

Stop by MOTION THURSDAY to see photos of motion and participate, if you’d like.

  1. I can see why it would be difficult (for me as well). they are both interesting for their own reasons. I love the big round window in both of them & the close up leaves in one , & the naked branches in the other!

  2. Both very nice views, I can’t choose. Surely in the photo without the leaves the building and the tree are “similar” and match perfectly.

  3. Wonderful views, Paz… the details on the building… wow… they just don’t do architecture like that anymore. Hope you’re having a good week, my friend :o ) ((HUGS))

  7. Well you certainly didn’t make things easy for us but I think that if I had to really choose I would say “photo number two”.
But they are both very nice.

As for your question about my daughter (and she is the one seen inside the car), allow me to say it’s very kind of you rememberung about that. It wasn’t really that much, because she was only for five days in Milano, Italy, but she really enjoyed the whole lot.
Since she is a bit shy it was very important for her and she made lots of friends keeping till today in touch with some of them from Czech Republic, Italy and Spain.

Paz…I love these photos. I’m working in a different location now, in a downtown area, and I’m amazed at how many beautiful buildings are there if you just look around! I’m thinking of taking my camera down there some morning on a weekend and snapping a few historical buildings that have some beauty like this.

    Oh, and I like photo #2! :)

  11. Both photos are fantastic in their own way. The second one looks mysterious.

What a fantastic building. I agree, they don’t make them like that anymore, which is unfortunate.
