Ruby Tuesday: Autumn/Fall Colors

November 2, 2009 | Filed Under Autumn/Fall, Nature in NYC, Photo Blogging Theme Day, Ruby Tuesday

I puffy heart Autumn and its changing colors.  Carletta described such Fall scenes as God’s painting.  What an accurate description.  What a wonderful painting.

Have you noticed the touches of red here?  Perfect for a Ruby Tuesday submission.  Stop by WORK OF THE POET to see other photos with touches of red.  Have a great Tuesday, all!

  1. I guess that we are around the Henry Hudson just north of the GWB. Not lots of red occasions, but the one with ruby foliage really jumps at us. These hilly banks look so unlike the City, you need to show the occasionally tall building to prove it!

  2. Lots of variety of color here! When we drove down through New Jersey yesterday, many of the trees were already bare or at least browning, no longer the height of fall foliage season.

  18. Wonderful fall colors of your city! Red color makes this lovely season even more beautiful and colourful. I’ve never been in New York and my impressions about that city are always the same: high buildings and skyscrapers and traffic jams. I have to say that I like and enjoy the way you show your beautiful, attractive and charming city.
