Follow the yellow-stripped steps. Beyond, the silver car, you’ll find a Greek Orthodox Church. The building on the right is an abandoned school building. A bit of trivia about the school: Actress and comedian, Whoopi Goldberg went to this now-closed school. This is located in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. (Ed. Note: Apparently Whoopie lived in the neighborhood (West of 9th Avenue. The school was called St. Columba — a Catholic school that recently closed down, though the church still remains, today.).

Ohhhh Paz! Look at all that green grass and LEAVES on the trees!!!! Looks like a lovely warm day! *sigh* Not so here – it was below freezing when we got up this morning.
This is a lovely picture – and the school looks beautiful. I wonder who will buy it and what they will do with it? I would start an art studio for kids to come to after school!
