Happy Shadow Shot Sunday!
I apologize for not being able to visit other blogs lately. It’s been really hectic for me and I barely have time to post my own photos and keep up with my blog, much less do some blog reading. I’m hoping that things will calm down and I’ll be able to enjoy everyone’s blog very soon.
For those who have time and would like to see some fun shadow shots from around the world, visit HEY HARRIET.

I hope things calm down for you soon. Hectic times are never very much fun. Thanks for always finding the time to come and visit me.
What beautiful old architecture, the fire escapes are in such good condition, good ol’ thigh busters…ha!

I can definitely relate Paz, I hope things calm down for you soon! Love your shadow shot! Happy Sunday to you! xoxo
No problem…I just hope the busy that you are is good and not bad.
love the architecture in the city!
Nice shots.
Your world may be hectic; but you always have excellent images here to share.
Hi Paz!
Someday we should have lunch there!
No apologies needed –I’ve been crazy busy too — this whole winter has been bsuier than other winters for some reason.
So you like The Pink Teacup too!
I love the beautiful, warm colour of the building, but I am intrigued with the different window treatments on the building next door. They are really interesting.
Cool picture – love the lines….especially that zig zag!
Great shot paz. Hope things calm down soon!
I’ve always alike fire escapes… Aside from being practical, they kind of have this symmetry thing going on for them, that makes them photogenic.
A typical building with a good shadow. Very beautiful Shadow Shot Sunday, Paz!
Cool building. Love the shot Paz! I hope things slow down a bit for you. I can relate to the struggle in keeping up with blogs! Damn it for too many people having great blogs
Ha ha… now we’re 2 who are struggling to keep our blogs updated. Got lots to do at work and got a new task & re-organisation of the department. Chaos! not just am working in one of Swedish largest bank. Everything’s chaos! When I came home, then the chores are waiting for me. And when everything calms down, then time to bed!!!
Waaahhh… have to wake up early to read my fav blogs or else am so much behind w/ their updates.
Now, in your SS! This just a very cool shot. I remember while walking from midtown to Soho last summer. I recognized this view in all those buildings. This is a good sign, though, when danger comes.
U always got a great shot, Paz! Job well done…
Hugs!
Hello Paz!! I know what you mean with the hectic times, i am only getting back to blogging after christmas and the new year!! As usual a wonderful insight into many miles away, with a great shadow shot, makes me tired just looking at all those fire stairs, hopefully they don’t get used. Happy New year to you, belated I know. ;0)
Great photo, Paz! Love this beautiful architecture with these fire escapes!
Elma and me would be glad if you join Ecological Day on Caliandra do Cerrado: http://caliandradocerradogo.blogspot.com/
Too much to do and only so many hours in a day huh? Tell me something!
Do hope all is well?
Do email me or phone if there is anything I can do.
However, glad you are managing to keep up the blog with such terrific pictures.
Yes, the good old NY fire escape.
A quintessential New York icon.
Huhs.
Great shadows of the fire escapes and whatever is blocking the sun at the bottom of the shot, Paz!
Oh! I love that fire escape…nice shot!!

Nice shadow. Hope life slows down a bit for you.
I love that shot! Nice contrast!
Cheers,
Rosa
this shot makes me think of 1950s Brooklyn
I so relate with being behind. I didn’t even PUBLISH my Shadow Shot until MONDAY AFTERNOON this week. Sigh! I do love the shadows cast by the fire escape ladders on this building.
Hugs and blessings,
Hey Paz, nice shot but I wont be climbing those stairs. Dont worry, it happens to all of us…busy days, there are days I dont even want to look at my own blog…yeah yeah..I am a moody person at times, that’s what my daughters described me. BUT, hope you’ll have a great week ahead, big HUGS :d
