This week, I’m giving you all a break and not asking you the name of this flower.   LOL!  It’s a miracle that I happen to know that this is a Morning Glory.  It’s a miracle, I tell you!

Thanks for always helping me learn the names of flowers.  I love to learn something new from y’all.

  4. That’s a beautiful morning glory. I love them, but can never remember from year to year to plant some. I’ve got plenty of fences for them to grow on.

Oh no, a morning glory. :) I’ve always thought they were beautiful but as a kid we had to fight them all the time to keep them out of our crops.

  6. I like these. They’re such a great color. But I don’t like that I can’t get rid of them and every year I have to attack them to keep them from taking over my roses. :-(

  8. I like the way you have it photographed, against a grid. One of the problems of learned is that morning glories, though beautiful, can be rather invasive, meaning they take over your garden. I see other bloggers wrote of problems with them!

  32. Hi Paz
I love Morning Glories — this one is such a pretty purple.
The Halloween holiday had me hopping around so much I should have dressed up as a bunny rabbit! Glad I finally had a chance to drop by and catch up on your photos — loved them all especially te three buildings and the river ( Hudson?) shots! Did you go to the halloween Parade in the Village? I went and took lots of photos –what fun it was!
