  5. Hi Paz

Amazing first shot….what a great close-up. And I love how clear the sky is in the 2nd shot…I don’t often see the sky above NYC with no clouds in it, not this time of year.

Happy to have found another New Yorker!
:) Bella (but not quite in the city…)

  16. Paz- that bottom photo is spectacular. It appears to be a single pearl suspended over the city on a blanket of blue.

    What a beauty.

  20. Killer shot! It inspires me to post a shot I took of a December full moon over the ocean. It was SO COLD when I shot it, I called it Cold Moon.

  21. Oh, wonderful images of the moon!
(I can’t help it, but since I watched the movie “Babe” with my children, every time I see an image of the moon, I hear the voices of those three little mice singing
“Blue Moon, you saw me standing alone,
Without a dream in my heart,
Without a love of my own.”

    Thank you for the memories,
and thank you for your visits and kind comments on my blog!

I see NYC from the NJ turnpike, and it never looks as pretty as in your photos. Have a great weekend.

Christine, you asked about my camera: I’ve mentioned it in the ABOUT section. It’s a Sony Cybershot. I have no idea about settings. I’d really like to learn about photography and one of these days, I’ll read the camera manual. In the meantime, I just point and shot and sometimes I get lucky. ;-)
