Wow! Those regular shaped shadows look quite weird on those tall buildings! Interesting shot!
Love your picture..
Thanks for your visit, I am early with my flower post..
- Cheers Gisela.
What perfect shadows on these buildings. Great picture!
This is flippin’ awesome.
You take the best photos! Great shot!!
Cool Paz! I like how you didn’t show the fourth building because the shadows don’t quite add up & make sense without it. Makes it kind of surreal looking! What perfectly formed shadows they are to! Hope you’re having a great weekend
They remind me of Leggos…cool shot, you always have the best, I’ll see New York through your eyes…thanks
Yep – you had us figuring that shadow out there for a bit – until we read that there was a fourth building!!
Very nice shot indeed!
Karla & Karrie
Perfect.
Paz: Your photography is really neat and you should be posting on Sky Watch. I saw your name so many times while visiting Sky Wtch I guess I just made an assuntion. Sorry for not checking closer, but with almost 400 people it’s hard to do. You can do all the visiting you want without linking in.
Oh Paz, you do such great stuff. I like, love, admire the way it’s composed. That’s one of your super strengths, along with just everything artistic. What an eye, guy!
these are so cool!
I left something for you over at my blog Paz.
; )
oh what a great shot, it probably not very PC to say this but they look like giant cigarette packets to me, and no I’m not a reformed smoker
the balance of this shot is fabulous
I like very much the symmetry of this image. It’s really a great photo for Shadow Shot Sunday!
Paz, now that is one cool shadow
Really like this shadow shot.
You have a good eye for such things.
Excellent shot Paz – the buildings look so proud standing above the trees. Lovely composition!
Fabulous SS Paz..love the green foreground and imposing buildings beyond.
Great capture. The shadow were just perfect!
Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comments. Enjoy your Sunday and have a great week ahead!

That’s is wonderful shadow of the shadow shot!!!
Job well done.
Cheers!
This is one of your finest shots yet! Love it!!
Cool how the shapes of the buildings are reflected in the other ones.
If it hadn’t been Shadow Shot Sunday this would have passed me by.
We tend not to ‘see’ shadows at all unless forced to look.
Lovely!! Love the skyscrapers look alike shadows.
Good eye and well captured!
excellent image, very well done.
excellent image, very well done…
Cool shot, sorta creepy and looming. I try to Imagine having all of those neighbors…
Those shadows made an interesting pattern following the shape buildings behind them. An optical illusion!
Paz,
Love this shot, they look kind of like huge massive angular triplets!
Rhonda
another great picture of shadows..Wonderful job..
Marvellous photograph, the shades tie up aesthetically with the enormous manufactures!
Nice shot! I always wonder why such “staircase-towers” in the middle have some extra floors, what happens up there…?
Love the shot Paz. I love how the buildings are identical so the shadows are identical to the buildings they fall on. Make sense? Anyway, love it.

Hey there, Pia: Hmmm… interesting question. I’m not sure of the answer.
Hi Bobbi: LOL! Yes, it makes a lotta sense. Glad you like it.
Thanks everyone for stopping by!
Paz
Pia: Thinking about your question, I think it was to do with getting away from a fire… climbing past the roof top? I think that’s why there are extra floors on the stair towers…
Paz
Awesome, Paz!
Faye
THAT is a great capture! Each shadow mimics the shape of the building – really neat! Reminds me of the Robert Taylor Homes that were on the south side of Chicago – except they weren’t that nice and are now torn down LOL
Hi Fay!
Hi Toni: Interesting about the Robert Taylor Homes.
Thanks for stopping by,
Paz
Love the geometric shapes and symmetry.
I was also taken by the symmetry ( then I noticed the above comment ). Well, it’s true!
Very majestic buildings and a great shot, once again.
You are a very camera ready person!!!
[...] weekend, I posted a photo of three of these buildings covered in shadows (for Shadow Shot Sunday). Well, here’s another photo of all four [...]
