Today’s Flowers: Sunflowers

I passed by a house in the Bronx and to my surprise saw sunflowers in the front yard growing over six feet tall. They were very impressive-looking. Sunflowers are my favorite.

I love the architecture behind the sunflower. You took one of the most “architectural-like” flowers and displayed it front of all that great cornice work. I didn’t know the Bronx had such pretty homes.

Love and grow hugmongous sunflowers and reeeely like this juxtaposition in the Bronx.
What stunning photos! Sunflowers are my favourite type of flower also! As well as being beautiful they also serve another useful purpose. We can munch on the seeds!
