Holding Hands

I enjoyed watching this couple hold hands and swing them as they walked up a very long block. They walked with another friend and as they spoke with her, they never broke contact with each other. Clearly, they enjoyed being with each other. Ain’t love grand.

Ahhhhhhh……..!
This is so charming.
Did you know that in Morocco men friends hold hands simply a sign of friendship nothing more – but it’s not really ‘done’ for a man and a woman to hold hands!
Odd about customs in different parts of the world.
How are you feeling?
Nice observation Paz, and yes, love is grand
Love it! Swinging arms and everything…how cute!
I like your observation as well as the photo of that charming couple.
A very nice couple and they do look so happy. Nice photo. MB
The beginnings are so much nicer than the endings.
Beautiful image!
Italian men also seem to have a more pronounced tactile reflex than Americans or Austrians, for instance. Very touching to observe.
I love to see couples holding hands! Puts a smile on my face every time!
Hi Elizabeth: Yes, I did know about the hand-holding. Very interesting culture customs worldwide. I’m okay. Healing slowly but surely. Thanks for asking.
Thanks, Pat!
Hi Michelle: Welcome!
Hi Medam: Thanks!
Hi MaryBeth: They were a very happy couple, indeed.
Hi Abraham: Perhaps they’ll have a nice long relationship like you and Patty — 53 years and counting. That would be awesome.
Hi Merisi: I think it’s touching, too.
Hi Sandra Ree: Me, too! Me, too!
Best to all,
Paz
You have very good observation skills. I don’t know if many people would notice what you noticed. This is a very lovely story Paz!
Indeed love is a wonderful thang! I love to walk while holding my hubby’s hand, but I hate swinging our linked hands while walking! Now that I find cheesy
Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comments.

It is a lovely gesture to appreciate. I noticed, on a trip to Costa Rica that families walk together on the side of the road , and they all hold hands.
If only we could keep it sweet and loving without the media toads reading some kind of ” connotation ” into it.
We need more of this and fewer land mines- whaddya say people?
holding hands is very nice yes!
Hi Lily: Thanks! I couldn’t help but notice them.
Hi Joy: LOL! So, no hand-swinging for you, huh?
Hi Bonnie: I hear you, sista!
Hi Melinda: Yes!
Best,
Paz
Nice one. One of my favourite “little photo thing” is trying to capture people from behind holding hands, they often make such endearing pictures.
Hi Pia: It’s endearing, isn’t it?

love holding hands. alas, no one in the picture right now. so I get slightly envious seeing others holding hands.
Hi Olga: It’ll happen to you soon. I just know it. Hey, perhaps we SHOULD try the turning the glass upside down thing. Or is that only for lost objects?
Thanks for stopping by.
