Fallen Tulips

All the tulip petals have fallen but I still thought this made a nice picture.  ;-)

    I suppose this is the problem with tulips. The foliage isn’t that nice and doesn’t fill the void left when the flower fades and falls off. I thought, at first, this was young hostas.

    I’m not sure- do tulips bloom again or are they one hit wonders?
    I recall how colorful the median on Park Avenue was every spring, when tulips are in full bloom.
    Who would have thought to capture headless flowers and still make the photo so interesting!

    It does make a nice picture Paz, but I’m always sad to see the tulips go “bald”!
