Skating at the Rockefeller rink.  Lots of people having fun — even when they fall.

Christmas Day

Lincoln Center Christmas Tree

Christmas trees everywhere you turn.  Here are some found at Lincoln Center Christmas, Rockefeller Center (most popular) and Bryant Park.  All different and beautiful to look at.

A Minute before and after:  At Rockefeller Center, there were soooo many people who came to see the tree.  It was too crowded.  Everyone was busy angling for a shot, trying to take the perfect photo of the tree and have the perfect photo taken of them in front of the tree.  As busy as the scene was, everyone looked happy and seemed to be having a good time.

Ornate Architecture

A lot of the old buildings in the city have these beautiful and fancy mouldings shaped around the edges of the doorway.  They’re very artistic and unique-looking.  Many of the modern buildings are so plain.

Bejeweled Bridge

When it’s dark, cloudy or gray, the lights are turned on on the bridge.  From afar, the bridge looks like it’s adorned with diamond bits.
